The Tupelo Tiny Home Finish Collection refers to all of our spec sheets for the Tupelo Tiny Home Finish Collection. What’s a spec sheet? Simple – it’s a downloadable file that lists off all pertinent product or material information for any renovator. We’ve broken down the descriptions of each sheet below:

• Whole Home: The Tupelo Tiny Home Finish Collection includes all material and finish information for the entire house. You’ll receive a PDF that’s organized by room, such as “Exterior,” “Kitchen,” “Primary Bedroom,” etc… Within each room, there’s a list of what we’ve specified for the design, such as tile, wallpaper, plumbing fixtures, and more. The materials in this package are modern with a simple shed roofline and vertical white siding juxtaposed with black windows. We play with black and white on this interior as well then add some natural tones and materials.
• Exterior: This Exterior Finish Collection for Tupelo is a downloadable file where we specify all the materials for the exterior of Tupelo. If you purchase our plans, we will provide you with the quantity of siding and roofing required in order to estimate and order accurately. All doors, windows, trim details, and millwork are clearly specified.
• Kitchen: This Tupelo Kitchen Finish Collection file is where we will specify all the materials for the Tupelo Kitchen. The finish collection prioritizes the kitchen sink vignette as it incorporates the light, window, faucet, sink, countertop, cabinetry, and floor. All appliances are also specified as well as backsplash tile and special details.
• Primary Bathroom: From lighting, plumbing fixtures, tile, cabinetry, countertop, and all the little details, our primary bathroom collections reflect grace, beauty, and function. The Tupelo Primary Bath is designed with nature in mind, featuring natural wood cabinetry and natural stone countertops, juxtaposed with matte black plumbing fixtures and light fixtures.
• Additional Bathroom: This collection of materials and finishes applies to the upstairs guest bathroom of the Tupelo Tiny Home, though it can be purchased for inspiration for any home renovation project. This bathroom incorporates fun patterned tile, a mix of black and polished nickel plumbing fixtures, and art deco-inspired light fixtures.
