Ash Cape Interior Design Package

The Ash Cape Interior Design Package refers to all of our spec sheets for the Ash Cape. What’s a spec sheet? Simple – it’s a downloadable file that lists off all pertinent product or material information for any renovator. We’ve broken down the descriptions of each sheet below:

• Whole Home: The Whole Home package for Ash includes all material and finish information for the entire house. You’ll receive a PDF that’s organized by room, such as “Exterior,” “Kitchen,” “Primary Bedroom,” etc… Within each room, there’s a list of what we’ve specified for the design, such as tile, wallpaper, plumbing fixtures, and more. The Ash Cape was designed with cozy, transitional family living in mind; many of the materials speak to a classic, warm aesthetic.
• Exterior: This Exterior package for Ash is a downloadable file where we specify all the materials for the exterior of Ash. If you purchase our plans, we will provide you with the quantity of siding and roofing required in order to estimate and order accurately. All doors, windows, trim details, and millwork are clearly specified.
• Kitchen: This Ash Kitchen package file is where we will specify all the materials for the Ash Kitchen. The interior design information prioritizes the kitchen sink vignette as it incorporates the light, window, faucet, sink, countertop, cabinetry, and floor. All appliances are also specified as well as backsplash tile and special details.
• Primary Bathroom: From lighting, plumbing fixtures, tile, cabinetry, countertop and all the little details, our primary bathroom collections reflect grace, beauty, and function. This Ash Primary Bath collection of material and finishes applies to the functional and private primary bathroom of the Ash Cape. Keeping in the Ash Cape’s timeless style, the primary bathroom features classic marble surfaces and both ceramic and marble tile throughout.
• Additional Bathroom: This collection of materials and finishes applies to the kid’s bathroom of the Ash Cape, though it can be purchased for inspiration for any home renovation project. Featuring navy blue cabinetry and shelves, this fun, nautical-inspired bathroom can be suitable for children or guests alike. Brushed gold plumbing and light fixtures are complemented by white porcelain tile to complete the timeless bathroom design.
