The Spruce New Englander Finish Collection refers to all of our spec sheets for the Spruce New Englander Finish Collection. What’s a spec sheet? Simple – it’s a downloadable file that lists off all pertinent product or material information for any renovator. For a visual display of what sorts of materials and finishes we’ve used, browse our sample board images. We’ve broken down the descriptions of each sheet below:

• Whole Home: The Spruce New Englander Finish Collection includes all material and finish information for the entire house. You’ll receive a PDF that’s organized by room, such as “Exterior,” “Kitchen,” “Primary Bedroom,” etc… Within each room, there’s a list of what we’ve specified for the design, such as tile, wallpaper, plumbing fixtures, and more. We aimed for ample texture and a juxtaposition of light and dark.
• Exterior: This Exterior Finish Collection for Spruce is a downloadable file where we specify all the materials for the exterior of Spruce. If you purchase our plans, we will provide you with the quantity of siding and roofing required in order to estimate and order accurately. All doors, windows, trim details, and millwork are clearly specified.
• Kitchen: This Spruce New Englander Kitchen Finish Collection file is where we will specify all the materials for the Spruce Kitchen. The finish collection prioritizes the kitchen sink vignette as it incorporates the light, window, faucet, sink, countertop, cabinetry, and floor. All appliances are also specified as well as backsplash tile and special details.
• Primary Bathroom: From lighting, plumbing fixtures, tile, cabinetry, countertop, and all the little details, our primary bathroom collections reflect grace, beauty, and function.
• Additional Bathroom: This collection of materials and finishes applies to the powder room bathroom of the Spruce New Englander, though it can be purchased for inspiration for any home renovation project.
