Redbud Cape Interior Design Package

The Redbud Cape Finish Collection refers to all of our spec sheets for the Redbud Cape Finish Collection. What’s a spec sheet? Simple – it’s a downloadable file that lists off all pertinent product or material information for any renovator. We’ve broken down the descriptions of each sheet below:

• Whole Home: The Redbud Cape Finish Collection includes all material and finish information for the entire house. You’ll receive a PDF that’s organized by room, such as “Exterior,” “Kitchen,” “Primary Bedroom,” etc… Within each room, there’s a list of what we’ve specified for the design, such as tile, wallpaper, plumbing fixtures, and more. We aimed for ample texture and a juxtaposition of light and dark. The first floor utilizes natural wood flooring, soapstone countertops and fireplace surrounds, and bronze light fixtures. The doors and window trim are all painted black. The walls are primarily white with many areas featuring fun, nature-inspired wallpaper. The tile is mainly handmade and unique – your home won’t look like any other home.
• Exterior: This Exterior Finish Collection for Redbud is a downloadable file where we specify all the materials for the exterior of Redbud Cape. If you purchase our plans, we will provide you with the quantity of siding and roofing required in order to estimate and order accurately. All doors, windows, trim details, and millwork are clearly specified.
• Kitchen: This Redbud Cape Kitchen Finish Collection file is where we will specify all the materials for the Redbud Cape Kitchen. The finish collection prioritizes the kitchen sink vignette as it incorporates the light, window, faucet, sink, countertop, cabinetry, and floor. All appliances are also specified as well as backsplash tile and special details. We love the funky cabinetry colors of Redbud, complimented by natural countertops and handmade tile. We’ve also specified beautiful bronze light fixtures!
• Primary Bathroom: From lighting, plumbing fixtures, tile, cabinetry, countertop, and all the little details, our primary bathroom collections reflect grace, beauty, and function. The Redbud Cape Primary Bath is designed with to be fun and natural, featuring painted cabinetry and natural stone countertops, juxtaposed with champagne bronze plumbing fixtures and modern handmade tile.
• Additional Bathroom: This collection of materials and finishes applies to the downstairs powder room of the Redbud Cape, though it can be purchased for inspiration for any home renovation project. This bathroom incorporates fun hex tile, a statement mustard-colored sink, copper light fixtures, and champagne bronze light fixtures. We’ve specified whimsical wallpaper and coordinating hardware to finish the room off.
