Oak Colonial Interior Design Package

The Oak Colonial Finish Collection refers to all of our spec sheets for the Oak Colonial Finish Collection. What’s a spec sheet? Simple – it’s a downloadable file that lists off all pertinent product or material information for any renovator. We’ve broken down the descriptions of each sheet below:

• Whole Home: The Oak Colonial Finish Collection includes all material and finish information for the entire house. You’ll receive a PDF that’s organized by room, such as “Exterior,” “Kitchen,” “Primary Bedroom,” etc… Within each room, there’s a list of what we’ve specified for the design, such as tile, wallpaper, plumbing fixtures, and more. The Oak Colonial features sleek, cozy materials and finishes, including bespoke walnut cabinets and marble countertops throughout the home, brass plumbing fixtures, natural hardwood flooring, and contemporary wallpaper in each bedroom.
• Exterior: This Exterior Finish Collection for Oak is a downloadable file where we specify all the materials for the exterior of Oak. If you purchase our plans, we will provide you with the quantity of siding and roofing required in order to estimate and order accurately. All doors, windows, trim details, and millwork are clearly specified.
• Kitchen: This Oak Kitchen Finish Collection file is where we will specify all the materials for the Oak Kitchen. The finish collection prioritizes the kitchen sink vignette as it incorporates the light, window, faucet, sink, countertop, cabinetry, and floor. All appliances are also specified as well as backsplash tile and special details.
• Primary Bathroom: From lighting, plumbing fixtures, tile, cabinetry, countertop, and all the little details, our primary bathroom collections reflect grace, beauty, and function. The primary bathroom is cozy and tucked in the back of the primary suite, featuring a large double shower with all marble tile, champagne bronze plumbing fixtures, and a coordinating double walnut vanity.
• Additional Bathroom: This collection of materials and finishes applies to the kid’s bathroom of the Oak Colonial, though it can be purchased for inspiration for any home renovation project. The kid’s bathroom takes advantage of linear space, featuring a bathtub/shower book-ended by vanities. We’ve specified brushed gold hardware and plumbing fixtures, patterned tile, and bohemian-inspired light fixtures to add interest to the space.
