The Juniper Tiny Home Finish Collection refers to all of our spec sheets for the Juniper Tiny Home Finish Collection. What’s a spec sheet? Simple – it’s a downloadable file that lists off all pertinent product or material information for any renovator. We’ve broken down the descriptions of each sheet below:

• Whole Home: The Juniper Tiny Home Finish Collection for Juniper includes all material and finish information for the entire house. You’ll receive a PDF that’s organized by room, such as “Exterior,” “Kitchen,” “Primary Bedroom,” etc… Within each room, there’s a list of what we’ve specified for the design, such as tile, wallpaper, plumbing fixtures, and more. The Juniper Tiny Home features nature-inspired materials and finishes, from modern oil-rubbed bronze plumbing fixtures to hunter-green glazed tile. We’ve also specified marble stone, moody paint colors, and granite accents.
• Exterior: This Exterior Finish Collection for Juniper is a downloadable file where we specify all the materials for the exterior of Juniper. If you purchase our plans, we will provide you with the quantity of siding and roofing required in order to estimate and order accurately. All doors, windows, trim details, and millwork are clearly specified.
• Kitchen: This Juniper Kitchen Finish Collection file is where we will specify all the materials for the Juniper Kitchen. The finish collection prioritizes the kitchen sink vignette as it incorporates the light, window, faucet, sink, countertop, cabinetry, and floor. All appliances are also specified as well as backsplash tile and special details.
• Primary Bathroom: From lighting, plumbing fixtures, tile, cabinetry, countertop, and all the little details, our primary bathroom collections reflect grace, beauty, and function. This Juniper Primary Bath collection of materials and finishes applies to the functional and private primary bathroom of the Juniper Tiny. The Juniper Tiny Home features nature-inspired materials and finishes, from modern oil-rubbed bronze plumbing fixtures to hunter-green glazed tile. We’ve also specified marble stone, moody paint colors, and granite accents.
• Additional Bathroom: This collection of materials and finishes applies to the third-floor guest bathroom of the Juniper Tiny Home, though it can be purchased for inspiration for any home renovation project. The third-floor bathroom incorporates fun patterned wallpaper, blue hexagon tile, and a whimsical vanity mirror into the room design. We’ve specified matte black plumbing fixtures, aged brass hardware, and mahogany cabinetry to balance the space.
