The Holly Farmhouse Finish Collection refers to all of our spec sheets for the Holly Farmhouse Finish Collection. What’s a spec sheet? Simple – it’s a downloadable file that lists off all pertinent product or material information for any renovator. We’ve broken down the descriptions of each sheet below:

• Whole Home: The Whole Home Finish Collection for Holly includes all material and finish information for the entire house. You’ll receive a PDF that’s organized by room, such as “Exterior,” “Kitchen,” “Primary Bedroom,” etc… Within each room, there’s a list of what we’ve specified for the design, such as tile, wallpaper, plumbing fixtures, and more. Designed with cozy, family farmhouse living in mind, the Holly Farmhouse features neutral-toned materials and finishes that will stand the test of time. We’ve incorporated suggestions for making each room a bit unique, from fun bedroom wallpaper to interesting tile combinations.
• Exterior: This Exterior Finish Collection for Holly is a downloadable file where we specify all the materials for the exterior of Holly. If you purchase our plans, we will provide you with the quantity of siding and roofing required in order to estimate and order accurately. All doors, windows, trim details, and millwork are clearly specified.
• Kitchen: This Holly Kitchen Finish Collection file is where we will specify all the materials for the Holly Kitchen. The finish collection prioritizes the kitchen sink vignette as it incorporates the light, window, faucet, sink, countertop, cabinetry, and floor. All appliances are also specified as well as backsplash tile and special details.
• Primary Bathroom: From lighting, plumbing fixtures, tile, cabinetry, countertop, and all the little details, our primary bathroom collections reflect grace, beauty, and function. This Holly Primary Bath collection of materials and finishes applies to the functional and private primary bathroom of the Holly Farmhouse. The materials in the bathroom were selected with an elevate farmhouse style in mind, from classic subway tile to polished nickel plumbing fixtures. We’ve also included details for a timeless claw foot tub and specifications for custom cabinetry work.
• Additional Bathroom: This collection of materials and finishes applies to the kid’s bathroom of the Holly Farmhouse, though it can be purchased for inspiration for any home renovation project. The kid’s bathroom for the Holly Farmhouse features mosaic porcelain tile, polished nickel plumbing fixtures, natural stone countertops, and natural brass lighting fixtures.
