The Fir Vacation Home Finish Collection Finish Collection refers to all of our spec sheets for the Fir Vacation Home Finish Collection. What’s a spec sheet? Simple – it’s a downloadable file that lists off all pertinent product or material information for any renovator. We’ve broken down the descriptions of each sheet below:

• Whole Home: The Whole Home Finish Collection for Fir includes all material and finish information for the entire house. You’ll receive a PDF that’s organized by room, such as “Exterior,” “Kitchen,” “Primary Bedroom,” etc… Within each room, there’s a list of what we’ve specified for the design, such as tile, wallpaper, plumbing fixtures, and more. With mountain living in mind, the Fir Vacation Home features natural materials while also maintaining a contemporary design.
• Exterior: This Exterior Finish Collection for Fir is a downloadable file where we specify all the materials for the exterior of Fir. If you purchase our plans, we will provide you with the quantity of siding and roofing required in order to estimate and order accurately. All doors, windows, trim details, and millwork are clearly specified.
• Kitchen: This Fir Kitchen Finish Collection file is where we will specify all the materials for the Fir Kitchen. The finish collection prioritizes the kitchen sink vignette as it incorporates the light, window, faucet, sink, countertop, cabinetry, and floor. All appliances are also specified as well as backsplash tile and special details.
• Primary Bathroom: From lighting, plumbing fixtures, tile, cabinetry, countertop, and all the little details, our primary bathroom collections reflect grace, beauty, and function. This Fir Primary Bath collection of material and finishes applies to the functional and private primary bathroom of the Fir Vacation Home. Cozy and moody, this primary bathroom features matte black finishes, natural stone countertops, and timeless white tile. All of the plumbing fixtures are in a modern matte black finish, including the vanity lighting and cabinetry hardware.
• Additional Bathroom: This collection of materials and finishes applies to the upstairs bathroom of the Fir Vacation Home home, though it can be purchased for inspiration for any home renovation project. The upstairs bathroom features modern matte black plumbing and lighting fixtures, balanced by light natural countertops and bright shower wall tile. We’ve specified fun penny round tile throughout the floor, as well as a classic vanity light fixture.
