The Birch New Englander Finish Collection refers to all of our spec sheets for the Birch New Englander. What’s a spec sheet? Simple – it’s a downloadable file that lists off all pertinent product or material information for any renovator. We’ve broken down the descriptions of each sheet below:

• Whole Home: The Whole Home Finish Collection for Birch includes all material and finish information for the entire house. You’ll receive a PDF that’s organized by room, such as “Exterior,” “Kitchen,” “Primary Bedroom,” etc… Within each room, there’s a list of what we’ve specified for the design, such as tile, wallpaper, plumbing fixtures, and more. Designed to be compact and highly functional, the Birch New Englander features practical but modern materials and finishes that will stand the test of time.
• Exterior: This Exterior Finish Collection for Birch is a downloadable file where we specify all the materials for the exterior of Birch. If you purchase our plans, we will provide you with the quantity of siding and roofing required in order to estimate and order accurately. All doors, windows, trim details, and millwork are clearly specified.
• Kitchen: This Birch Kitchen Finish Collection file is where we will specify all the materials for the Birch Kitchen. The finish collection prioritizes the kitchen sink vignette as it incorporates the light, window, faucet, sink, countertop, cabinetry, and floor. All appliances are also specified as well as backsplash tile and special details.
• Primary Bathroom: From lighting, plumbing fixtures, tile, cabinetry, countertop and all the little details, our primary bathroom collections reflect grace, beauty, and function. This Birch Primary Bath collection of material and finishes applies to the functional and private primary bathroom of the Birch New Englander. An airy, contemporary space, the Birch Primary Bathroom features white cabinetry and white walls.
• Additional Bathroom: This collection of materials and finishes applies to the powder room of the Birch New Englander, though it can be purchased for inspiration for any home renovation project. Tucked under the stairs, the powder room features calm blue walls, fun grey porcelain floor tile, and a timeless pedestal sink vignette.
