Also on the first floor is a full powder room with a shower just off the side entry and the office. A kitchen opens to the dining and living room.

The basement has a full bath next to a family room. In addition, the second floor features a primary suite plus two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Modifying the Plans: When you purchase any plan set for Redbud, you’ll receive three versions of the design. The first is as listed above. What’s different about Option 2? Well, with Option 2, we include plans for a mudroom entry, featuring bespoke built-in cabinetry.  As for Option 3, we’ve designed a barn/garage with transition space to the F.R.O.G (Family Room Over the Garage). There is also an alternative screen porch.

Is this home right for you? Originally designed as an age-in-place home, this is also perfect for a growing young family.

What’s a home plans? Home Plans are a two-dimensional representation of a three-dimensional home. A full package of construction drawings includes all the drawings that your contractor requires in order to build you a beautiful home. We have packaged the plans together to build upon each other and add more and more details between the Standard, Pro, and Ultimate packages. The more detailed the plans, the fewer mistakes happen, resulting in a cost-and-time-efficient project that best suits your needs.

DISCLAIMER: Structural and Civil Engineering will need to be done by the Builder. Code: All drawings are in compliance with NH Building Code IBC 2015. Your builder will need to verify your local building code.
