Amy Dutton

Founder & Creative Director

Amy was born in Berkeley, CA. Her family moved to Indiana where she attended college at DePauw University and then went to New England School of Art & Design / Suffolk University. Her first job in design was at Bruce Gregga Interiors in Chicago and where fell in love with the industry – both on the architecture and interior design sides. In 1998 after the birth of her second child, Elle, she started her own firm, working on additions and renovations as well as interior and landscape design services. Over the years, Amy Dutton Home has developed a system of design services that is tried and true that both contractors and homeowners alike appreciate and enjoy the process. In her role as the Founder and Creative Director of Abrigo Home, Amy mans the helm of the creative direction of the brand, overseeing all of the design work while maintaining her custom clients at Amy Dutton Home.

In her free-time she enjoys being with her husband and kids and spending as much time with them as possible at home in both Portsmouth, NH and mid-coast Maine. Amy enjoys spending time with her goldendoodle, Charlie, as well as gardening, hiking, swimming and spending quality time with friends.
