Elle Murphy

Co-Founder & Director of Operations

Elle was born in York, ME and raised in Portsmouth, NH. She attended The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. to study International Development and Arabic. Upon graduating (in the middle of the pandemic!), she worked in program management for a government contractor, focusing on projects in Jordan and Pakistan. In looking for a more creative application of her program management skills, she decided to join her mom, Amy, in forming Abrigo Home in the fall of 2021. In her role as Co-Founder and Director of Operations, Elle oversee the day-to-day operations of the company as well as try her hand at some interior design work.

She currently resides in Portland, Maine and spends her free time outside, walking, swimming, reading, or hanging out with her all-too adventurous kitten, Sal!
