The Bonsai Modern Finish Collection refers to all of our spec sheets for the Bonsai Modern. What’s a spec sheet? Simple – it’s a downloadable file that lists off all pertinent product or material information for any renovator. We’ve broken down the descriptions of each sheet below:

• Whole Home: The Whole Home Finish Collection for Bonsai includes all material and finish information for the entire house. You’ll receive a PDF that’s organized by room, such as “Exterior,” “Kitchen,” “Primary Bedroom,” etc… Within each room, there’s a list of what we’ve specified for the design, such as tile, wallpaper, plumbing fixtures, and more. Inspired by Japanese design values, the Bonsai home features materials that reflect the natural world around it – from warm oak flooring to natural stone countertops throughout.
• Exterior: This Exterior Finish Collection for Bonsai is a downloadable file where we specify all the materials for the exterior of Bonsai. If you purchase our plans, we will provide you with the quantity of siding and roofing required in order to estimate and order accurately. All doors, windows, trim details, and millwork are clearly specified.
• Kitchen: This Bonsai Kitchen Finish Collection file is where we will specify all the materials for the Bonsai Kitchen. The finish collection prioritizes the kitchen sink vignette as it incorporates the light, window, faucet, sink, countertop, cabinetry, and floor. All appliances are also specified as well as backsplash tile and special details.
• Primary Bathroom: From lighting, plumbing fixtures, tile, cabinetry, countertop, and all the little details, our primary bathroom collections reflect grace, beauty, and function. This Bonsai Primary Bath collection of material and finishes applies to the functional and private primary bathroom of the Bonsai Modern. Featuring natural wood cabinetry and stone countertops, this Bonsai bathroom is grounding and clean.
• Additional Bathroom: This collection of materials and finishes applies to the guest bathroom of the Bonsai Modern home, though it can be purchased for inspiration for any home renovation project. Featuring light materials such as natural wood flooring and stone countertops, this space is perfect for any guest.
