Why Purchase a Landscaping Plan for Your New Construction Project

- Landscaping directly relates to excavation and civil engineering. As they excavate for your home, we can determine where any good fill can be located, retaining walls for grade heights, and create walk-out basements etc.
- Locating the septic / well needs to be planned at the beginning of the project in order to have it where you want it or the contractor will place it in the easiest place but not the most functional for you.
- Your budget will be the most accurate if the contractor can see what you actually want to do with the exterior.
- When it is not part of the project, the landscaping goes by the wayside and is not done in phase one of the project. Having the plan will at least allow you to chip away at it if you are planning to do as much of it as possible.
